Terms of Service

The Service contains adult content (FANZA preview videos, jacket/cover images, etc.). Not for users under 18.

FanzShort is NOT an official service of FANZA (DMM). It is an independent, unofficial service and has no relation to those companies or services.

The Service is a discovery application that allows users to swipe through FANZA works via preview videos and cover art to find items of interest on FANZA.

The Service contains affiliate links to FANZA (external site). Purchases and interactions on external sites are subject to the terms of FANZA and their respective rightsholders. The Service assumes no responsibility for external content.

The Service requires no account registration or login, and does not store user data on our servers. Favorites, history, and settings are saved strictly on your local device (localStorage).

We do not store or re-distribute video/image files; we reference URLs provided by FANZA.

The following actions are prohibited:

- Defaming or slandering cast, works, or third parties.

- Malicious use or interference with the Service.

- Actions violating laws or public order.

- Unauthorized duplication, redistribution, or scraping of data from the Service or FANZA.

Rights for product data, images, videos, trademarks, etc., belong to FANZA (DMM) and their respective rightsholders. The Service references these within the scope of information provided through official APIs.

The Service may change, suspend, or terminate content without notice. The operator assumes no liability for damages arising from such changes.
